Research Interests
I am broadly interested in how high tropic predator-prey dynamics respond to changes in habitat usage. My research will focus on the haulout patterns of California sea lions and northern elephant seals relative to white sharks and their environment. I am incredibly excited to combine my love of fieldwork and my engineering background to study marine mammals using drone surveys and biologging techniques.
