Together, Costa lab members attended a number of different research conferences in 2024! See some of the highlights!

Dan Costa, Kelly Keen, and Ryan Jones attended the Effects of Sound in the Ocean on Marine Mammals Conference in The Hauge, Netherlands during September. They unfortunately did not get a photo together.

In September 2024, Rachel Holser and Arina Favilla attended the Eastern Pacific Ocean Conference at Timberline Lodge in Mount Hood, Oregon. (They failed to take a photo of themselves, but of course took one of Mt. Hood.)
In November 2024, Garrett Shipway, Arina Favilla, and Theresa Tatom-Naecker (from left to right) presented at the Society for Marine Mammalogy’s 25th Biennial Conference on the Biology of Marine Mammals in Perth, Western Australia. They failed to get Florencia Vilches and Ryan Jones (both who also presented) included in a group photo.

In December, Garrett Shipway presented a poster at the DoD Energy and Environment Innovation Symposium in Washington, DC. (They failed to take a photo at their poster but did take a photo outside the US Capitol Building).
